We are a pie shop based out of Wylie, Texas. We only use organic ingredients. We are a family owned shop that has been in our family since 1849. The founder of bigboypies was Chimalum Redd. Chimalum could never get enough pie so he made his own massive pie. The neighborhood he lived in saw the delicious pies he made and wanted some of their own. He quit his job and became a baker. We continue using Chimalum's original recipe to this day
